Rooted Air purifier Silver Satin Exotica Scindapsus Pictus indoor vine Pothos Indoor Plants in 4-inch Pot

Silver Satin Exotica is vigorous vine with evergreen heart-shaped leaves covered with silvery variegation. This plant is commonly called Scindapsus Pictus, Satin Pothos or Silver Vine. 

It requires bright, indirect light all the year. Direct sunlight can burn its leaves, while low light can cause the leaves to lose their variegation.

Watering: water the plant copious, but let top few inches of soil dry out between watering, because the thick structure of foliage can store water well. Use settled water of room temperature. Don’t overwater the plant because the leaves can lose its unique coloring and become yellow.

Fertilizing: feed the plant monthly during growing season.

The plant is intolerant for cold weather, so the temperature should be not less than 59°F. Ideal range of temperature for Silver Satin Pictus is from 65 to 85°F. Repot the plant in spring when the pot becomes too small for the plant, which can be obvious because of appearance of aerial roots outside the pot. Use the pot slightly bigger than previous one.
